Rajdeep Singh Kular, MD

I grew up in the Bay Area and was inspired to study medicine by a local family medicine physician who provided free sports physicals for my high school football team. I was awestruck by his ability to serve and give back to his community. He was empathetic and compassionate, and he really listened to us. He was my mentor of how I wanted to be.

As a family physician, I treat a wide range of conditions from the acute rash to chronic conditions such as diabetes management and high blood pressure. To me, every day in my field is exciting. I am able to use all my training and experience, including my undergraduate degree in exercise biology, to help people achieve their goals.

I am a culturally sensitive physician who will always strive to advocate, empower and educate my patients with knowledge supported by evidence-based medicine and research. I find joy in being that motivating force in my patient’s corner who helps them achieve their best health through thick and thin and supporting them through their most vulnerable and difficult times.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising/fitness, going on runs with my two Goldendoodles (Juggy and Moose), cheering on Bay Area sports, listening to Punjabi music, and trying new restaurants.
