Professional Statement
Dr. Priyansha Jamwal has always been fascinated by science and how even small changes can affect human health. That curiosity, along with her desire to help others, inspired her to become a doctor.
Specializing in pediatrics brings Dr. Jamwal great joy, especially in caring for newborns and guiding parents through the early stages of growth and development. Celebrating milestones with families and seeing children thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Jamwal cares for children from birth through age 17. She treats conditions such as asthma, food allergies and other common illnesses, and provides preventive care through well-child visits, developmental checkups and immunizations. Over the years, she has cared for children from diverse backgrounds, including immigrant and refugee families and underserved communities across Northern California.
Families appreciate her compassionate, thorough approach. She listens carefully, explains things clearly, and ensures parents leave confident and informed. Her goal is to treat the cause of a problem—not just the symptoms—and to support each child’s growth so they can reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Dr. Jamwal enjoys traveling, reading, biking, swimming, practicing yoga and spending time outdoors.
